Megabite: The No. 1 Brand of Food Courts in China
MEGABITE, a Singaporean-invested food court in China, has been a popular cuisine brand since it opened its first branch in Westgate Mall in Nanjing Road W. in 1997. After eight years of development in China, MEGABITE has become a favorite among customers from all walks of life, for reasons of its world-recognized management and fine adaptation to local cuisine flavors. When people are looking for a treat of delicious food, the first idea to cross their mind is usually MEGABITE, due to its variety of cuisine, modest price, convenient location and comfortable environment. Since its establishment MEGABITE has clinched a number of awards including "The most famous F & B enterprise in Shanghai" and "Shanghai's most fashionable food court". Apart from Shanghai and Beijing, MEGABITE has expanded to other major Chinese cities.
Good locations to open up branches
It is Megabite's strategy to set up branches in the most populous downtown areas, such as Nanjing Road W., Huaihai Road M., Xujiahui and People's Square in Shanghai, Wangfujing in Beijing, Riverside Avenue in Tianjin and Zhonghua Road in Shenyang. Knowing the relationship between dining and shopping, Megabite chooses to cooperate with big shopping malls established brands and large sales volume, e. g., Westgate Mall, Hong Kong Plaza, Metro City, Carrefour, Hymall and Raffles City in Shanghai. A good location in a major city, coupled with a strong developer/partner, helps ensure the perfect market positioning of Megabite.
Fashionable environments bring customers' enjoyment
The interior design concept of Megabite is set forward by the management team and executed by famous overseas design talents who have rich experience in food court planning. The experienced designer adds international touch to the food courts and at the same time considers Chinese preferences. Megabite's space design is described as "spacious, brightly-lit, simple and modern". For years the comfortable, enjoyable environments of Megabite have proved appealing to the customers; they feel as though they are dining in a restaurant at fast-food prices. Meanwhile, all the Megabite branches do not look the same; the individual design is determined by the style of the mall and the class of the clientele.
