Located on the third level of VivoCity and covering 27,000 sq feet, Food Republic offers customers glimpses of life during the 1900 to 1940s period when the climate in Asia was one of political uncertainty and the simplest things in life were greatly treasured.

Every decorative detail of this latest 900-seater food atrium is aimed at recreating an atmosphere of nostalgia. Diners eat in thoughtfully conceptualised surroundings that are built with aged wooden beams, floor tiles and roof shingles. The high ceilings of Food Republic are illuminated with hanging light fixtures within old bird cages. Suspended old bicycles add a new twist to the ambient old world charm of the space.

Of the 30 stalls at Food Republic VivoCity, FIVE are mini restaurants strategically situated within the atrium all designated areas where diners can enjoy their local favourites.

Located on the first level, on the west side of the convention hall linking to the Suntec City Shopping Mall, Food Republic occupies 15,000 sq feet. This includes an outdoor seating area of 2000 sq feet.

Conceptualised in 19th century Europe, the décor harks of old world glamour and modern elegance. Even the service crews are outfitted in designer attire that recalls Victorian elegance and restraint

Of the eighteen stalls at Suntec Singapore, FIVE are mini restaurants strategically situated within the atrium. These are designated areas where diners can enjoy local favourites such as the famous duck and pork roasts from Guan Chee Hong Kong Roast, fresh exotic Japanese dishes from Hamoru Japanese Restaurant and traditional dim sum from Fortunate Restaurant or just sit back and relax with a cup of coffee at Toast Box.

From its entrance, right through to the depths of its kitchens, the entire food atrium exudes the feel of showmanship and artistry. Food Opera at Ion Orchard will make for a dining experience where diners get to enjoy traditionally prepared local favorites while basking in the allure of fine modern art. In line with the arts-inspired concept of Ion Orchard, this 700-seater food atrium, located at basement 4, occupies 20,000 square feet which houses 22 food stalls and 4 mini restaurants.

Food opera’s unconventional sleek furnishing and décor consisting of chandeliers, specially designed art pieces, acrylic chairs and marble tabletops, provides a backdrop for diners to enjoy the elegant ambience, which mirrors a contemporary art museum.

Of the 27 Food Republic food vendors at Pavilion KL, FOUR are mini restaurants strategically situated within the atrium. These cosy intimate restaurants let diners enjoy the delights of Asian favourites such as Japanese Ramen and Bento Sets from Ichiban Ramen, Seafood Marinara and classic Lasagna from Wild Basil, steaks and succulent meats stir-fried at Express Teppanyaki or heritage favourites such as authentic Kopi Tiam coffee and thick kaya toast at Toast Box.
