Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts of investment holding companies
- Consolidation of monthly group financial statements and quarterly reporting
- Preparation of quarterly forecast as well as annual budget
- Assist in group financial reporting to SGX

- Assist in handling of group audit and preparation of annual report
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both oral and written due to chinese speaking customers)
- Those with audit/consolidation experience would be an advantage

+ Accountant
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Finance Manager on accounting and other finance aspects.
- Leading 4 financial staffs
- Full set of account AP, AR, FA & GL.
- Review of AP, AR and executive credit control
- Intercompany billing & reconciliation.
- Statutory reporting – GST & EDB reporting
- Ensure monthly management report and schedules finalized on time.
- Corporate tax computation & aliases with tax agent.
- Handling & liaise with auditor for yearly auditing and tax agent for corporate tax matter.
- Cash Flow management
- Other ad-hoc assignments and reporting.
Qualifications
- Have more than 7 years of working experiences in accounting professional ranging from trading & distribution industry, F&B industry and retailer
- Holding minimum Diploma.
- Computer literacy – ACCPAC (WIN 5.0) & its report writer, PowerPoint, Excel, Words, MS Dynamics AX (MS).

+ Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
The warehouse supervisor is a key member and team leader of the warehouse working in a fast paced environment. He will supervise two storekeepers and will be experienced in distribution, logistics operations while assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance.
Responsibilities
- Interface with suppliers and vendors and delivery teams
- Motivate team members to achieve planned goals
- Develop team to solve own day-to-day operational issues
- Develop and execute quarterly / annual service targets and objectives
- Update stock card daily
- Perform monthly stock take
- Co-ordinate with internal departments regarding warehouse items ordering and delivery
- Ensure the warehouse is properly arranged

+ Project Executive
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Consultants, Designer, Contractors and Suppliers on the implementation of the projects.
- Close supervision of works carried out by contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule.
- To ensure and coordinate the delivery of the imported equipment and furniture.
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Ensure highest quality on the works carried out by the contractors, fabricators and suppliers.
- Follow-up on the defective works and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators and suppliers.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings etc.
- Check progress claim submitted by the Contractors.
- Source quotation from suppliers, contractors and ensure that the Company receives the best price in terms of delivery, quality and service.
- Plan and execute the maintenance program for the outlets.
Qualifications
- Required skill(s): Building, Project Management.
- Minimum Diploma or professional qualification in Building, Project Management and others engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Must possess a good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and withstand pressure and stress.
- PC knowledge is essential.

Food Republic

Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day operations of outlets
- Oversee and train waiters and waitress in their daily job scope
- Assist to handle dissatisfied customers
- Motivate the team, build up a culture of teamwork and customer focus
- To accomplish in the context of customer service, good people practices, good business practices and within the policies and procedures set forth by the company
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years of F&B experience
- Possess good communication skills and is customer service orientated
