GLYPH is a social enterprise that sets out with the mission to create an economy which provides adolescents the opportunities and resources to compete at a level playing field in society. Through this start-up, the community of kids and youths are able to learn from non-academic enrichment programs and equip them with future-ready skill sets, general knowledge, life skills and personal character-building.
Together with GLYPH, BreadTalk Group’s Training Department and Din Tai Fung’s Customer Care Department have curated a food safety & hygiene and service workshop for the 9-15 year olds, hoping to impart basic food hygiene knowledge to them during this pandemic and with also the objective to inspire the youths to be interested in F&B.
