BreadTalk Group’s Restaurant Division led by Din Tai Fung Singapore partnered with local digital media platform Mothership to bring a day of creative exploration to the students at CHIJ Sanctuary for Children. The Din Tai Fung team led an interactive xiao long bao-making session, where the students learned the craft, technique, and care that go into each dumpling. Mothership’s content producers also guided the children through filming a simple self-introduction video and confidently hosting an interview, offering a fun introduction to media and communication skills.
Rounding off the experience on a sweet note were Din Tai Fung’s chocolate lava buns and chocolate mochi xiao long bao served at tea break. It is always a treat to delight with our food both in and beyond our restaurants.
